2014-10-24 🟡 Incident N19951 United Airlines Aircraft was performing a B3 test flight when upon landing the brake locked on the main landing gear causing a blown tyre, aircraft was disabled on the taxiway for over an hour whilst the brakes cooled. The aircraft was towed to the hanger and repaired. On Order
